The project

A new beginning, ancient roots

Il Borgo dei Sapori was born from a precise choice by Marco and Massimiliano Bigalli: to build something of their own, starting from the love for the land in which they grew up. Vicchio, in the heart of Mugello, is not just our headquarters; it is our inspiration, the source of the flavours we bring to your table, the community to which we want to return an authentic meeting place.

The project unites three distinct elements: refreshment, a shop, and a greenhouse, all within a single space designed to welcome, tell stories, and add value. A new venture, built with the pragmatism of those who understand hands-on work and the deep conviction that this territory deserves the very best.
