The project

A new beginning, ancient roots

Borgo dei Sapori was born from a precise choice made by Marco and Massimiliano Bigalli: to build something of their own, starting from their love for the land where they grew up. Vicchio, in the heart of Mugello, is not only our headquarters, it is our inspiration, the source of the flavours we bring to the table, the community to which we want to give back an authentic meeting place.

The project combines three different souls: the restaurant, the shop and the greenhouse in a single space designed to welcome, tell and enhance. A new reality, built with the concreteness of those who know field work and the deep conviction that this territory deserves the best.
